[oss-devel] [PATCH] man pages changes, install osscore man page on non-SunOS

Hi,

   The patch updates manpages, moves and installs osscore.man on non-SunOS system, and removes cmd/ossinfo/README. The non-Linux build.sh changes are untested.

    In detail:

    0. cmd/ossdevlinks/ossdevlinks.man - Use correct name, add SYNOPSIS and SEE ALSO.
    1. cmd/ossmix/ossmix.man - add SYNOPSIS and SEE ALSO, remove a reference to "old mixer utility", comment out (currently non-functioning) MIDI part.
    2. cmd/savemixer/savemixer.man - document /etc/oss being searched first.
    3. cmd/ossinfo/ossinfo.man - add SYNOPSIS, correct '-A' switch, correct '-v' switch, add to SEE ALSO.
    4. cmd/ossinfo/README - remove outdated information.
    5. kernel/framework/osscore/osscore.man - move to kernel/drv/osscore/ for consistency, correct URL. (Has a formatting issue, but all content is displayed correctly).
    6. setup/Linux/build.sh - install osscore manpage to section 7.
    7. setup/SunOS/build.sh - Adapt for osscore.man move (untested).
    8. setup/FreeBSD/build.sh - FreeBSD's build.sh didn't install drivers' manpage at all - I copied the code from Linux's build.sh (untested).
    9. setup/SCO_SV/build.sh - install osscore manpage to section 7 (untested).
