[oss-devel] [PATCH] separate ossplay's decoding from main file

Hi,

  This patch separates ossplay's decoding functions from the main 'ossplay.c' 
file to a new file - 'dump.c'. All it does is to shuffle code around to a 
(perhaps) more easily managable arrangment. The only other change is to 
delete a manpage section which doesn't apply anymore.
