[oss-devel] Contribution agreement

Hi folks,

Few persons have made significant contributions to OSS buf we have not 
got the contributor's agreements from all of you. So if you have 
contributed to OSS then could you kindly download our contributor's 
agreement 
(http://developer.opensound.com/opensource_oss/Contributor-Agreement.pdf) 
and sign it. You can fax or snail-mail it to 4Front Technologies. If you 
have a scanner then you can scan it and send it to me (or to 
dev at opensound.com who maintains the archive).

The agreement is 99% identical with the one used by Sun for contributors 
of OpenSolaris (we have just added the boldface notice to the text). In 
short the idea of the agreement is that you (contributor) give us right 
to redistribute your work under our licensing scheme and to relicense it 
to our customers. In return we guarantee that we will keep releasing the 
source code of your work as long as it's included in OSS.

We need the agreements from all contributors (except for bug fixes and 
minimal few line changes) because we need to be able to show that we 
have rights to redistribute all the code included in OSS.
