And the question is who does need modems these days? Most (Linux) users
have a broadband connection at home/office. Cellphones can be used for
internet when travelling. Even in developing countries it's easier to
use celpphone than to find a wired phone. Maybe fax is one reason but
sooner or later it will be easier to send/receive faxes using VoIP software.
