The soundcard.h file was originally under BSD license. However some 
users didn't accept any files that have different licenses than the rest 
of the package. Some customers didn't want to see any open source 
licenses (be it GPL, CDDL or BSD) mentioned in any of the files we 
delivered to them. So the license needs to be changeable.

This may cause some questions but we have to just live with them.
