[oss-devel] oss source tarball name

Hello,

Like I said, as a gentoo ebuild maintainer that's irrelevat to me as I
don't need it at all, but that's how i think it should be done. 

All that matters to me is that the sources don't move from their initial
location and that a file won't be changed without increasing its version
number so that I don't get fetch errors when installing older versions,
or get checksum errors with the same build number.

If I get these I'm almost happy :) (a better build system would really
make me so, but that's another story...)
