[oss-devel] patch that fixes compilation issues with the latest alsa-lib

Hello,

This seems to fix the compilation issues when using the latest alsa-lib.
I haven't tried it yet with older alsa-lib versions, so i guess someone
should test it before it gets pushed into the main tree.

hg hint: just run "hg patch http://rafb.net/p/ceuEhu43.txt" to apply it,
in case you maybe didn't know that command exists ;)
