[oss-devel] oss-v4.0 build1005 RC1 source drop is available

Hi,

I have ported the fixes made to the v4.1-testing source tree back to the 
stable 4.0 tree. However the oss-v4.0-build1005rc1 package is located in 
the "testing" directory (instead of "stable") in the distribution servers.
